To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 1–3 days of receiving your order.

3. Return Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed method after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
